Taiwan e-invoices carry two QR codes with the invoice data. This tool decodes them and reads the exact values — it does not guess from the printed numbers with OCR — and checks only the format: invoice number, date, amounts and tax ID check digits.
It does not prove that an invoice is genuine and it does not check prizes. It supports Taiwan e-invoices only; other countries use different formats. Nothing is uploaded.

Can it tell me if I won a prize?
No. It reads the QR codes and checks the format only; it does not verify the invoice or check prizes.
Why are some items missing?
Long item lists continue in the second QR code. If only one code can be read the list is incomplete, and you will see a notice.
