Reporting a problem with a tool: include the page address, your device and browser, what you expected, what happened, and steps to reproduce it. Because files are processed only in your browser, we never receive them — please do not send confidential documents; a description or a harmless sample file is enough.
Corrections: include the page address, the sentence that is wrong and a source we can check. Calculator results are estimates; please say which inputs you used.
Privacy requests: the tools do not collect your files or text, so there is normally nothing stored about you. For questions about ads and cookies, see Privacy & terms. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment details.
