About File Toolbox
File Toolbox is a collection of free tools for PDF, images, video, text, calculators, design and developers, in English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese. It is made and maintained independently by 孤獨的時空旅人 (Lonely Time Traveler), the author of TTBacktest (ttbacktest.com), as a personal project.
How it works: every tool runs in your browser with open-source libraries (for example pdf-lib, pdf.js, WebCodecs with mediabunny, OpenCC and opentype.js). Your files, text and numbers are processed on your device and are never uploaded, logged or stored on a server. No AI models or third-party APIs are used; features such as the optical-flow morph and storyboard in-betweens are plain image processing and are described with their limits on each page.
How the site is funded: by advertising from Adsterra, shown in isolated frames that cannot read the page or your files. There are no pop-unders on tool pages, and ads never cover the buttons you need.
Our rules: pages only describe what a tool really does and state its limits; calculators give estimates, not financial or medical advice; there are no watermark-removal or video-download tools; examples use placeholder names, not real businesses; open-source licenses are listed in /third-party-licenses.txt.
