How do I work out a discount?
Use the first line: 20% of 1,500 is 300, so the price after a 20% discount is 1,200.
Why is the change blank when the first number is 0?
A change from zero cannot be expressed as a percentage.

Is percent change the same as percentage points?
No. Going from 10% to 12% is a change of 2 percentage points, or a 20% increase.
