Scope

These terms apply to the Content Hub of the File Toolbox site (reading, signing in, submitting and commenting). Provisions about submissions take effect when submissions open.

Accounts

• Sign in with Google, Facebook or LINE; keep your account secure
• You must meet the minimum age of that sign-in service and are responsible for activity under your account
• Do not use multiple accounts to evade suspension or flood posts

Your content and responsibility

• You warrant that you own the rights to what you post or have permission
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content, including links and commercial disclosures
• Do not post anything listed as not allowed in the submission guidelines

Platform rights

• The platform may remove, hide, reformat or decline content under the rules, and suspend or end violating accounts
• The platform may change features and presentation for operations, security and quality
• The platform manages ads centrally; members cannot set or remove them

Service and limits of liability

Articles are written by their authors and do not represent the platform, nor are they legal, medical, investment or other professional advice. The service is provided as is without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation; to the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect loss arising from use or inability to use it.

Ending and changes

You can stop using the service and ask to delete your account and content at any time (see the privacy policy). We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a date, and continued use means acceptance.
