Submission guidelines
Rules for the Content Hub: what you can and cannot publish, how to label commercial links, and how review and appeals work.
Current status
Member submissions are not open yet. These guidelines describe the planned rules and may change before launch; changes will be posted here with a date.
Principles
We do not restrict ordinary topics. If it is lawful and genuinely useful to readers, you are welcome to post it. You can write guides, tutorials, experiences, product and service introductions, and promote your own website.
What we encourage
- Original articles readers can learn from or act on
- Clear steps, comparisons and summaries with verifiable sources
- Lawful commercial posts: product write-ups, services, affiliate marketing
- Quoting others only as needed, with attribution
What is not allowed
- Illegal content and sexual adult content
- Scams, phishing, malware and deceptive links
- Infringing copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights
- Spam: mass duplicates, stitched or meaningless text, or posts written only to place links
- Impersonating people or official bodies; misleading medical or investment guarantees
How to use commercial links
- Commercial, affiliate and own-site links are allowed
- If a post involves an affiliate or paid relationship, say so clearly in the text
- The platform adds rel="sponsored" to affiliate and paid links, and rel="ugc nofollow" to other external links
- Do not use misleading wording or fake official buttons to induce clicks
Ads are managed by the platform
Ad placements and ad code are set only by the site owner. Articles cannot contain ad code, scripts or embedded frames, and cannot override or remove platform ads.
Review: publish first, review afterwards
- Once submitted, an article goes live (planned rule).
- The platform checks afterwards with automated checks (links, rate, duplicates) and manual review.
- Violating content is taken down and the author is told why; serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension.
- Authors may respond or edit and ask for reinstatement.
Reports and appeals
If you see a violation, or believe your content was wrongly removed, write to us through the contact page with the article URL and an explanation. For infringement notices, follow the Content license page.
Languages
You can currently post in Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese. Each article is written in one language; the platform does not translate automatically.
