Privacy policy
What the Content Hub collects, why, how long it is kept, and your rights.
What we collect
- When you sign in: the display name, avatar and sign-in identifier provided by Google, Facebook or LINE; we do not collect your birthday, contacts or files
- Once submissions open: the articles, author bio and settings you enter
- Technical data: browser and device information, approximate country (from network location), view counts and error logs
How we use it
- To provide sign-in, submission, review and security
- To count views and improve the site
- To display ads (see below)
Ads and cookies
The site owner places third-party ads, and ad providers may use cookies or similar technology. Visitors in European time zones see a consent choice on most pages; ad loading on Content Hub pages currently follows the same rules as the other information pages. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
Files you process with tools
File tools on the site (conversion and so on) run in your browser and your files are not uploaded to our servers. This is separate from Content Hub data.
Retention and deletion
Account and submission data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Published articles that others have quoted or that search engines have cached may not disappear from outside sources immediately. To request deletion, write to us through the contact page.
Sharing
Apart from the sign-in and advertising services above and legal requirements, we do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. We will respond within a reasonable time.
