HEIC to JPG
iPhones save photos as HEIC by default, which many Windows programs, websites and forms cannot open. This tool decodes HEIC in your browser and saves a standard JPG.
The decoder (libheif via heic-to, LGPL-3.0) is loaded only when you convert a file. Very large photos or long bursts may be slow on older phones.

Why can't I open HEIC files?
HEIC is Apple's default photo format and is not supported everywhere. JPG works in almost every app and website.
Is photo location data kept?
No. The converted JPG is a fresh image without the original metadata, which also removes GPS location.
